Clear communication is required to enhance performance, institute modifications and increase team integration. To ensure a message is fully understood by its intended viewers, VFA examines and replicates the client’s corporate culture and language to address the audience appropriately.

To best describe a product or service, an initial, in-depth study of the subject prepares VFA to present the most salient elements and opportunities to the target audience. More than just revealing the benefits and capabilities of the item or service, the message must highlight the advantages it offers when compared to the competition.

As technology advances, interactions and behaviors must evolve to keep pace with increased demands, advanced systems and new requirements. Instruction manuals have been replaced by instructional videos, which have the advantage of demonstrating physical operations using graphic animations to explain workflows, organizational frameworks and system structures.

When introducing new policies and procedures, VFA understands that content must first and foremost be structured for comprehension and retention. New terminology and practices are presented incrementally, then interwoven to provide a coherent knowledge base that prepares the viewer to engage the subject.
